We ship worldwide! All items are pre-ordered. Processing time takes usually 2 weeks. Sea shipping is included for all the products. The shipping time usually takes about 45-60 days. Please contact us for any other shipping methods.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At the ZHAI China, we want you be happy with the items that you pruchased. We strive to provide high-quality products, great value, and exceptional service. If you wish to return an item because it arrived damaged, please submmit a support ticket immediately after receiving the damaged item (including photographs of both the packaging and the damaged product). Once your return is authorized, please send back the damaged items in their original packaging with the return approval within 3 days of receiving them. If suitable, we'll either replace the item or refund the purchase price in full.
Please be aware that for dropshipping orders, we cannot accept returns if the end customer simply changes their mind.
We do not accept returns for minor variations in color, material, or design. Our products are handmade from natural materials, and minor differences or imperfections are part of their unique charm.
